Competitions - The FAW Regions Cup
The FAW Regions Cup is a competition which is competed over two seasons in Wales. The six Area Associations compete in the Competition, with the Winners selected to nominate Wales in the UEFA Regions Cup.
The Inaugural Competition was won by the Gwent County FA, who went on to represent WALES in the UEFA Regions Cup in Tel Aviv, Israel in September 2008.
The current Competition is the 2009/2010 Regions Cup and is being held over the period of two Seasons with two games per Season (One Home / One Away).
Matches are to be played in the Month of March. The competition is split into two Groups as stated below, with the top team from each Group particpating in the National Final in May 2010.
