CLUB LICENSING CALENDAR OF EVENTS
2009 / 2010 SEASON
Monday 3rd August 2009 | FAW invite clubs to apply for UEFA and Domestic Licence (Both Licences costs £250.00) |
Friday 28th August 2009 | Deadline for UEFA and Domestic Licence Applications. |
Monday 31st August 2009 | Clubs provided with Questionnaires / CD Rom |
Tuesday 1st December 2009 | Completed Questionnaires with any new, relevant supporting documentation to be submitted to FAW |
Wed 2nd – 17th December 2009 | Ground Site-Visit Audits |
Thursday 31st December 2009 | Clubs to inform Licensor of Overdue Payables |
Friday 29th January 2010 | Clubs provided with Legal Declarations. |
January – Fri 26th February 2010 | Work on all of the outstanding documents following the completion of your questionnaires & Corrective Action Points at the Site Audit. |
Friday 26th February 2010 | Strict deadline for submission of all Legal and financial documents. |
Mon 15th - Friday 19th March 2010 | Final Assessment of grounds to ensure that it meets the Infrastructure criteria. |
Friday 26th March 2010 | Strict deadline for submission of all documents. No documents will be accepted after this date. |
Friday 2nd April 2010 | Clubs must make financial submission to satisfy F.05 |
Friday 9th April 2010 | First Instance Body meets in Cardiff. Licensing Officer informs clubs of decision. Clubs have 10 days to submit an appeal. |
Monday 19th April 2010 | Deadline for Appeals.

Monday 17th May 2010 | Appeals Body meets in Cardiff |
Monday 31st May 2010 | Licensing Manager submits list of UEFA Licensed Clubs to UEFA and FAW Licensed clubs to FAW. |
