News - Wales February Friendly International

The FAW can confirm that a friendly international will be played at 'A' level against Poland on 11th February 2009
The match will be played in Portugal, as the Poles will be there for a 'warm-weather' training camp. The match will be considered a home game for Poland.
Venue and kick off time have yet to be decided. On the same day Portugal will also have a home friendly fixture.
The Polish FA has requested the friendly with Wales as they play Northern Ireland in their World Cup group in March.
