The Wales Under 23 Semi-Professional side lost 4-0 to Norway in the Mjondalen Stadium this evening in the International Challenge Trophy.
Norway was ahead 1-0 at half time after taking the lead on 18 minutes through Omar Elabdellaoui. In the second half on the hour a second goal came for the hosts through Erling Knutdzon.
Wales lost Scott Barrow (Tamworth) with a neck injury just before this and he was taken to hospital for a scan. He was later confirmed to be OK.
Wales looked to be holding Norway to the two goals when a further brace came on the final whistle through Christer Kleiven and Mohammed Fellah. These came in the additional time (+7 minutes) due to the injury to Barrow.
A slightly flattering result for the Norwegians.
