Holders home in Quarter-Final of Womens Cup

The draw for the Quarter-Final of the FAW Women's Cup has been made by Wales team Manager Jarmo Matikainen makes the draw with and current holders Cardiff City Ladies will host South Wales Women's League side Cwmbran Celtic.

Despite not being in the Welsh Premier Women's League, Cardiff should not under-estimate their opponents who gained a comfortable 3-1 win at Welsh Premier outfit Port Talbot in the last round. Within the Celtic ranks are former Cardiff favourite Terri Beddoes who played in the Cup winning team of last season and ex-Wales International 'keeper Su Young.

Last season's Runners-Up Cardiff Met. will travel to former Winners Swansea City in an all-top flight clash and there is sure to be another all-Welsh Premier League encounter when Wrexham travel to the winner of this weekend's Caernarfon vs Llanidloes match.

Despite having to travel the furthest, Ray Hughes' Aberystwyth Town will be satisfied with their draw at PILCS, but the South Wales Womens League team will be in confident mood having put ten goals past Caerphilly in the last Round.
