Stradivarius Prepares to Run in the Arc Aiming to Get Goodwood Cup Glory

Bjorn Nielsen is Set to Take Stradivarius for Prix Foy
The fans of Stradivarius have witnessed his achievement in the most dramatic situations. Trainer of Stradivarius, John Gosden also said that it was the first time when the biggest race of Europe saw a six years old horse on the race track. Moreover, the owner of Stradivarius, Bjorn Nielsen aims to see him on a different track.
The owner had received a £1 million bonus from Weatherbys Hamilton. He invested this bonus for Stradivarius’ two years running so that he can run on the Lonsdale Cup at York. However, now the bonus doesn’t exist anymore.
He wants him to get relaxed for a while and then prepare for the major Prix Foy at Longchamp after two months. If Stradivarius runs a good track and manages the track and everything, then he will be allowed to run the biggest Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
During the 17th run out, the 23, Frankie Dettori had partnered with Stradivarius. Also, the partnership was included during Tuesday’s Goodwood Cup and tended to remain diplomatic when he wanted to know about Bjorn’s decision. Bjorn took it as indecisively. He is not satisfied to take Stradivarius at the Arc but also states that if Dettori wishes to tales him at the Arc then he can.
He further adds that there is nothing wrong if he wishes to race him at Arc and he will further motivate him to do so. After the race, the biggest question for Gosden was about the next move of Stradivarius. The professional trainer responded that he seeks to take him to Longchamp.
Stradivarius who jumped at $1.60 favourite with Neds, online bookmakers in the 3200m race was good at treating his opponent with contempt. This way, he straightaway made his position for a fourth win in the race.
New Opening for Stradivarius
A new opportunity arrived for Stradivarius with three decisions and he decided to run against Santiago despite admitting his rivalry in pacesetter Nayef Road. According to Dettori, he was unassertive to send him against Santiago.
He wanted to stand in front of him during the beginning of the race, but Tom Marquand already occupied that slot. He further wanted to get included and stand behind Santiago. They have got over 15lb less weight and he tried to cover it up.
He further added that sprinting with Stradivarius is not that easy as anyone who likes to run against Stradivarius needs to be good at it. He was quite stunned by the way the race was planned and he was not expecting it to be a two-furlong sprint.
Stradivarius to Achieve Another Victory
He believed that Nayef Road was the best run and Santiago could wind it up from 3.5 meters but it didn’t happen at all. At the time of performing a sprint, it takes a furlong to go with the rhythm and once it comes, it believes it as his break.
The greatest weapon of Stradivarius is his turn of foot and he has never seen any stayer with a turn of foot like that of Stradivarius. This weapon will be needed at its full potential for the Arc at Longchamp which will take place in October.
At Longchamp, Stradivarius has a chance to win for $13 in the 2400-metre race.
